課程概述 |
In German II, we aim to consolidate basic language skills (A2 CEFR) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
This course will prepare students to pass an internationally recognized exam (Start Deutsch I or II). Therefore, the course will also familiarize students with the format and requirements of these exams.
The teaching method follows the communicative language teaching approach, which means that the pragmatic usage of the foreign language in a relevant and modern setting is taught.
We will use DaF Kompakt Neu A2 as our main textbook. Please already bring the textbook to class in the first week.
You will be required to speak German and take part in group and individual training in the foreign language in class and at home.
The course will be taught in German. |

- Reach Level A2 CEFR in all active and passive language skills
- Study the basics of German grammar
- Acquire basic language competency
- Gain a basic understanding of German culture |

課程要求 |
Students should have successfully attended German (I) and the first semester of German (II). If you feel that an exception should be made for you, please contact me before signing up.
Students are required to attend regularly and punctually. Attendance will be part of your grades. Absences due to a documented illness or university activity will be excused.
If you aim for an ‘A’, you will have to actively participate in all classroom activities, do your homework, and speak German as much as possible. English should be a last resort. |
